Grateful to my former teammates from SW Dekalb and NFL brothers who joined me to pour into the youth of
Decatur with our free football clinic at Gresham Park. In addition to the football lessons, attendees enjoyed
snacks from PAW Kids and parents heard from Marty McNair, president of the Jordan McNair Foundation,
raising awareness about Heat Stroke and Heat Related Illnesses, as his son tragically lost his life during a
college football practice from heat exhaustion. This was a successful community engagement event with over
100 participants, who stuck it out through the rain for a very impactful day.
